Agbox, one of the reported, "most applicable" apps for real estate was reviewed today in our local newspaper, in the business section. I logged into the company site Agbox.com and found the details about this app priced at $39.99, one of the pricier Apps. The way the company defines it's functionality, it did seem to be comprehensive as to it's usefulness for real estate business. However, I did not buy the app as yet but I did contact the company and I asked to be able test the App for a short trial period before purchasing and certainly before recommending it here in the Rain. If it turns out to be all that it is claimed to be, it could be a real winner for mobile use. If I hear anything more about this app, I will let you all know, perhaps writing a post just about this one app. If any of you are acquainted with this app, please let me know in the comment section.
In Noteworthy Business Apps, I found an excellent app for practical GPS searches. The App is called LocalScope and unlike other GPS based apps, this one enables you to locate anything around your physical location. This is made possible by the App tapping into the collective knowledge of various geo search engines and social networks. Here is a You Tube video presentation link that you might find very useful.
For iPad users in particular, the FreeWiFi app is indispensable. It is Geo based and locates you and then shows you every free wifi location mapped conveniently nearby for you. I also noted that some of the free sites like for you to register with them as a condition to the free wifi. If you have never been bombarded with ads from aggressive businesses looking for clients you soon will be. The trade off may be quite worth it with some discount incentives to actually utilize their products.

Sign My Pad- 3.99 Pro version $99- This app can load PDF documents right from an e-mail, add text, date and signature and then e-mail back out as needed.
iQualify Pro - 3.99 This app will help you and the Buyer determine what they can be qualified to purchase even before speaking to a lender. Based on the Buyer's income, loan info, lender requirements, iQualify can calculate the max qualified loan and purchase price quickly.
Open House Pro - Free - Manage Open house and listings, collect client information and auto e-mail.
Keynote from Apple 9.99- This is a business presentation app. Could be used for Listing presentation, photos stories etc.
Hoot Suite- Free- A very useful tool for the social medias
Compass for 3G- Free. Used in concert with other Geo Apps, you will know from what direction you are coming from.
Go to Meeting Free- Attend on line meetings and webinars on your ipad
Sugar Sync Free - replicates , syncs and edits documents on the go.

Loop Net Free, Commercial Real Estate site
