White Cockatoo
I came upon this bird with some others at a local street fair and he was getting a lot of attention. With numerous other parrot bird photos in my collection I was excited about getting his photo. I asked the owner if it was OK and he moved the bird over to a stand by himself. As I got ready to take his photo, several people seeing him off by himself couldn't resist wanting to stick their hand out to him. I almost didn't get the shot as this bird didn't very much like outstretched fingers. He let out a sketch and quickly the hands were withdrawn. Seconds later he settled down and showed me his best side.
