What Could We Write, Teach, Show or Impress Upon Others That Might Inspire Them to Subscribe To Us?
In Otherwords , How Can We Add Value To Their Life ?
As serious blog writers, I doubt that there are few of us that haven't wondered and questioned this and asked ourselves many times over how to reach out and inspire others to want to subscribe to our writings and to be that encouraging force that helps us to keep doing more of what we love, even better.
It's about personality, writing skills, associations and so many other possible factors but paramount, it is about the content, the tone and the message derived from it.
In real estate, we have seen the many in our profession that trumpet themselves practically as living heroes and we have also seen the amazing and wonderful talented people that go about their daily business with such quiet panache and style that we long to be just like them.
So it is with writing. If you truly write from a place where you can share the passion, the insight, the experience and the grace, people just know and want to be associated with it. Braggadocios will inevitably get their 10 minutes of fame but serious people quickly bore of them and they most often fade into the sunset.
The reason I personally ponder the question frequently is because I care. I get as excited as a school child when people see in me a value that is worth being associated with. I think that my passion to always want to help improve someone else's lot in life is the same passion that stokes the engine in my real estate practice. It is also a characteristic that I seek out in others. Loving, enthusiastic and caring about others and always learning new ways of how to insure we may each be better for our association.
I know that success leaves trails and we can each learn and emulate them. For me, the ultimate in life is taking it one step further. My life is about relationships and I just can't seem to have too many of them.
