Build It, They Will Come
Yesterday The iPad 2 went on Sale at the Apples stores around the US. As an Apple convert a couple years ago, I certainly have had no regrets. In fact quite the opposite. I could easily be an advocate for the Apple products based simply on one thing. Customer Service or as we users know it, Apple Care. They know their products and they train their employees that the customer is King. Every customer in any Apple store even if they don't buy a thing are treated the same way. They never try to sell you anything. But they will take whatever time is needed until you are 100% satisfied for the reason you are in their store. In fact they welcome you to come in and try out their products as often as you like, ask all the questions you like or learn anything you like and it is all there for you with an attendant that treats you like a King. And it doesn't stop there. If you ever do need tech support you will be delighted with the most amazing service of all. In store or on the phone, you will question why every company hasn't set up their customer service like this.
Could there ever be a question why people then are willing to stand in line for hours on end to purchase their products in record numbers. Certainly not in my mind. Want a model for your real estate business, seems like this one would be a good one to learn from. I have said it before, " Success Always Leaves Clues".
