San Diego Real Estate Voice : Once Upon a Rose

Once Upon a Rose

Once Upon a Rose

San Diego weather has now turned from cold and wet to a warm and bright Springtime, just in time to move the clock ahead an hour this weekend. In anticipation, I wanted to share a beautiful red rose that I came upon a couple years ago about this same time of year in the Balboa Park Rose Garden.

To me, nothing says Springtime like a new rose bloom!

Roses have a special place in my life. When i was undergoing cancer treatment in Houston I was at the Rose garden in Hermann Park almost daily. My wife and I would walk our poodles daily and the roses always lifted my spirits and attitude is almost important when you are ill. I head to Houstong for my 8 year check up next Thursday and guess what, I will go to the rose garden.

William,  I am ready for Spring.  We have had record rainfall and unfortunately a lot of flooding and damage as a result.  Now it is time to enjoy the roses.

Hi All!

I am heading out to a Birthday Party . A young couple that I helped buy a new home a couple years ago are celebrating their first child's 1 Year Birthday. It is going to be quite the party, that even includes a special Time Capsule. I will be back this evening and will respond to all your wonderul comments and fill in the details.

Note to Myrl Jeffcoat , Rumors of my death have been quite exaggerated 😀

William, good to see your stunning photos shared again! I popped by to wish you well and know that even though Sharon Lee has your birthday a month ahead, it's still nice to know you're being thought of! This is where I spent part of my birthday yesterday:
